Why do administrators need to know about export controls? An administrator has a unique position to view all facets of a research project and can serve to identify and resolve any possible export control issues at the earliest possible stage.
Who is responsible? Administrators need to be aware of potential export control issues so that they can recognize and bring them to the individuals within OSP who are charged with handling these issues:
