Welcome to the Region I NCURA website representing the New England states - Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.

Region I is one of seven regional NCURA organizations. The National Council of University Research Administrators serves its members and advances the field of research administration through professional development programs, the sharing of knowledge and by fostering community.

The leadership of Region I encourages participation by its members. As the most active of all regions, a variety of volunteer opportunitities are available throughout the year. And for newer members, a formal mentoring program has been created to help establish important career credentials while providing ample networking opportunities.
