Adams is vice president, Ford Motor Company, and chief information officer, a position he assumed on December 4, 2000. In this position Adams is responsible for all aspects of IT management across Ford on a worldwide basis. Prior to Ford, Marv was CIO of Bank One, and vice president of Worldwide Engineering Systems at Xerox Corporation. Marv began his career at IBM where he spent 10 years in a variety of roles. Marv earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University in 1981. Joseph I. Saliba is President, US and Asia Pacific for CGI. Prior to joining CGI in 2001, he was President of Sabre Technologies Services. At Sabre, where he spent 10 years, Mr. Saliba held several senior-level positions in the United States, Europe and internationally. In his role, he managed the outsourcing services and consulting practice for major airlines including American Airlines, Lufthansa and Air France. Coordinator of the North American Alliance for Fair Employment [NAFFE], a network of 68 unions, community based organizations, and advocacy groups in the US and Canada working on issues related to contingent work and the changes in the organization of work. The membership ranges from the AFL-CIO, to local grass roots organizations representing day laborers, to associations representing white collar professional workers. He is co-author of 4 books and scores of articles on globalization and labor related issues. As NAFFE coordinator, Tim has been working on responses to outsourcing for several years.
