    Greater installation flexibility


        Approx. 33% of the required space for 66.0kW type is reduced.

33% of installation space reduced. In the case of 68.0kW (corresponds to
24 hp.)(MMY-AP6801H1)

With the space saving type, 33% of the space required for the
conventional type is reduced (in the case of 68.0kW).
Can easily be installed even on confined rooftops, making it possible to
cope with remodeled buildings.
Enable to select from 11 types of indoor units to satisfy your requirement.

    Improved operation control

The Super MMS control system can achieve flexible centralised
network control according to the various customer requirements, for both
open-network building control in combination with other building
apparatus like elevators, fire alarms, lighting, etc., and also for
stand-alone air conditioning central control.

      Touch screen controller

Using the touch screen controller with the intelligent server provides
a clear display and enables easy operation.
Maximum 512 units are controllable by one touch controller.

      LonWorks® LN Interface

The LonWorks® interface manages the Super MMS air conditioning system as
a Lon device to
communicate with the customer's Building Management System and to
monitor operational status.
Maximum 64 units are controllable per interface.

	  	


      BACnet®

The BACnet system operates in conjunction with the BAC net server Server
and uses object signals
providing the following functions:


      Energy monitoring and billing application

? Power meter interface, power meter locally supplied Energy Monitoring
