PAVI 09

Registration:

The PAVI talks will take place at the College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor, ME.  It is a situated on a beautiful location on the Atlantic Ocean.

All attendees, including speakers, are required to register.  You are all required to provide credit card information for registration and lodging fees.  Early registration discounts are only applicable if fees are paid in full by May 15.  Payment by cheque or money orders drawn on US banks are also acceptable.  Cheques/and or money orders should be made out to:  Kowalski/PAVI09. These would need to be mailed to Anne MacInnis MIT-Bates, 21 Manning Ave. Middleton, MA 01949.  Payments by cheque or money order must be received at MIT-Bates before June 15.  Cancellation of registration will incur a processing charge of 100$.

You may chose to stay either on-site or off-site.  On-site lodging will be in Blair/Tyson or Davis Village at the College of the Atlantic.  For off-site accommodations please access the links to various nearby motels.  Off-site accommodations must be arranged individually.

On-Site:  The total conference fee is 850$, including registration, lodging and all meals.  Accompanying person fee is 275$.    Accompanying person fees include all meals, lodging, reception, whale watch boat tour and conference banquet.  Lodging will be from Sunday night to Saturday morning.  All meals are included from Sunday night through Friday night. 

Off-Site:  The total conference fee is 495$. The registration fee is 295$.  An additional off site fee of 200$ covers facility use and also includes all meals.  Accompanying person fee includes all meals, reception, boat and conference dinner: 275$.  Accompanying person including only reception, whale watch boat tour and banquet: 75$.  Individual meal tickets may also be purchased from the Summer Program Office at College of the Atlantic.
