MIT is easily accessible by T on the Red Line-Kendall/MIT stop. In
general, it is most convenient to live in Cambridge or Somerville
within walking or biking distance of Red Line stops. Central, Harvard,
Porter and Davis Squares are good places to begin a housing search.
Boston also offers a range of housing options, though it can be more
costly than Cambridge and Somerville. More info about finding housing
in the Cambridge area can be found at: http://housing.mit.edu/off_campus/off_campus_housing/ (You will need MIT certificates to search off-campus listings.) Craigslist has a more extensive housing list: http://boston.craigslist.org/hhh/
