MIT
Post
Doctoral
Association
The
postdoctoral community at MIT consists primarily of Fellows and
Associates. Additional designations may be Staff or Reseach Affiliate or Visiting Scientist.
Regardless of title, the MIT PDA will serve those who self-identify as
postdocs. The purpose of a postdoctoral appointment is to increase
breadth and depth of research experiences and foster development as an
independent researcher while contributing to the principal
investigator’s research program.
