U.S. DONATIONS

Donations to PESO may be made through Ayala Foundation USA. Download the Donation Flowchart to read about the donation process. As a U.S. 501(c) 3 non-profit organization, all donations to AF-USA are tax-deductible to the extent allowed under U.S. law. 2. Select the amount of your gift and add to cart.
3. Proceed to checkout and continue transaction as guest user or log in if you are a MyAyala.com member
4. Enter your name, address and phone number under both Shipping Address and Billing Address, and select a Payment Mode.
5. Proceed to Billing Information and enter your credit card information.
6. Confirm your order and this completes the online donation.
7. In conjunction with submitting your online payment, please also fill out the AF-USA donation form and either fax it to (650)508-8988, or e-mail to info@af-usa.org.
