Design Work ornothological study
Working with Dale Joachim at the Media Lab, I developed an enclosure and a few "first prototype" electronics configurations for a device that could use a cellular phone to send and recieve bird calls. With such a device, no human is present (and could possible be hundreds or thousands of miles away) to disturb the birds, and also multiple locations can be monitored at one time by a single person or computer.
