Matrix Libraries

• SPARSKIT A basic tool-kit for sparse matrix computations. To compile the library as used by HOPS, edit the makefile as follows:
  1. Make sure to set the desired compiler options in OPT
  2. Make the level 1 BLAS routines part of the library. Do this by moving the reference to UNSUPP/BLAS1/blas1.o from OBJ2 to OBJ.
  3. If ranlib is needed on your system, make sure to uncomment the reference to it in the lib target.
  Then to make the library and clean up afterwords
  1. make libskit.a
  2. make clean
