During the summer, we usually rent our unoccupied rooms as doubles an triples. We rent for the whole summer only, meaning from approximately the Monday after finals to about two weeks or so before the MIT term begins. Exact dates will be set soon.
Phi Kappa Sigma provides a lively social scene with weekly barbecues, and there's absolutely nowhere better to watch the 4th of July fireworks than our large balconies.
Of course, most of you also have to work during the summer. Whether you are working in Boston, Cambridge, or any of the surrounding towns, Phi Kappa Sigma offers easy access to all. Just minutes away from the Kenmore and Hynes T-stops and one block from the 1 bus, you can be anywhere you need to be in minutes. We also conveniently offer parking to our summer residents, so even if you are working farther away there is no problem.
