From Michael.McLagan@linux.org Tue Aug 18 23:10:21 1998 Date: Wed, 19 Aug 1998 00:52:35 -0400 From: Michael McLagan To: Randy Sommerfeld Subject: Continued copyright violation Randy, I want to thank you for continuing to prove my point. I also need to thank you for the $500 I won betting that you'd have the audacity to post my second message to you on /. I went back and looked at the message you are so proudly waving around like some sort of badge. I maintain my copyright to that message and all others, but I think it's funny that you find something worthy of such accolade that you have personally and willingly posted my words on not 1, 2 or 3 but a whopping 4 web sites. I'm honoured that you feel my statements so important as to make them so well known, despite the personal risks. Quite frankly, if you find something to hold against me in that note, I wonder where your grey cells are. I stated who I am, some of my contributions to Linux, and Gabe's freedom to use Linux however he chose till he was old and no longer able to use a computer. I also made a reference to they hypocracy of those who smear themselves with the Linux flag. Now, the truely important question is if you'll follow your immoral and unethical behavior and once again post my message onto Slashdot. I think I'll let you guess which way I bet this time and whether or I get to double or nothing my money. Make me happy, Randy! Michael McLagan Linux Online
