Robert Vickers is a member of the CIA's Senior Executive Service and was recently assigned to the National Intelligence Council as the National Intelligence Officer for Warning. During his career Mr. Vickers has worked as the Head of Analysis at the National Photographic Interpretation Center and at the CIA's Office of Imagery Analysis. He was also a Deputy Director of the Office of Africa and Latin America at the CIA.
