Biography
David Hyun-saeng Jae is a PhD student studying international relations. He is interested in international relations theory with a focus on rising and revisionist states, power transitions, and the causes of war. Previously, he graduated magna cum laude from Korea University in 2008 with a BA in Political Science and International Relations.
