Biography
Elisha Heaps is a PhD candidate focusing on comparative politics and models & methods. Her research interests include the election of political elites, policy-making institutions, and immigration. After earning her BA from Harvard University, she worked as a project manager on the International Migration Policy and Law Analysis (IMPALA) database under the direction of Michael Hiscox.
