Noel Anderson

Noel Anderson is a PhD candidate in Political Science and an affiliate of the MIT Security Studies Program. His research focuses on civil war, third-party intervention, and proxy warfare. He holds a BA in Peace and Conflict, International Relations, and Political Science from the University of Toronto. He has previously worked for the Irish Department of Justice, as well as the Independent Monitoring Commission, an independent body which monitored paramilitarism and security normalization in Northern Ireland.
