Biography
Peter Goodings Swartz is a PhD student in Political Science with interests in international relations, international political economy, security, and methodology. He holds a M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne and a B.A. from Yale University and is a National Science Foundation and Blakemore Fellow.
