Tony Hill
Tony Hill is a doctoral
candidate
in the Department of Political Science. He received a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Minnesota. He is the author of the book Canadian Politics, Riding by Riding: An In-Depth Analysis of Canada's 301 Federal Electoral Districts and has authored articles in the Encyclopedia of Politics, the
American Encyclopedia of Political Parties and Elections,
Encyclopedia of the Culture Wars, and the Dictionary of Literary Biography. His research interests include elections, redistricting, American political institutions, and Canadian politics. He has worked in the Minnesota state government and taught at the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota
and at Tufts University. In his spare time, he produces concerts on the tower bells of Minneapolis City Hall.
