Career Reengineering Program

Relaunch Your Career at MIT

Contemporary careers must be built—and rebuilt—to meet the demands of rapidly-changing fields. The MIT Professional Education - Career Reengineering Program can help you sharpen the skills essential to relaunch your career. This 12-month, part-time program can help overcome barriers, such as a lag in current knowledge, that often result when talented people leave demanding careers—even for a short time.

Today’s employers want to hire motivated people who can quickly contribute to their new workplace. They seek excellent engineers and scientists who have taken the initiative to acquire new technical knowledge and hands-on experience with current industry practices. The Career Reengineering Program engages you in advanced education and direct experience that demonstrates your commitment to professional growth.
