PSB role partnering with WCS |
Helped the client pull together an effective vendor team, including a skilled advisor from MIT's Web Communications Services (WCS) to monitor technical issues. Assisted with site architecture and usability testing prior to launch. Kept the project focused and on track. Owing to the complexity of the project and the client's internal resources, identified the need for an external project manager. WCS procured a graphic for the MIT home page to assist with marketing efforts. |
