Resources: Mailing Your Publication

Although mailing is the very last step in the process of producing a publication, it's a good idea to make arrangements early on. Check with your PSB advisor or MIT Mail Services about bulk rate rules, mailing list formats, nonprofit indicia, turnaround time for mailing, and other vital distribution issues. You'll find the resources below helpful when planning a mailing.

PSB, in collaboration with MIT Mail Services and the U.S. Postal Service, can help evaluate designs to ensure compliance with U.S. postal regulations. By planning ahead, you can avoid delays in delivery of your publication and achieve the most cost-effective postal rate.
