Archivist's note: The author supplied the following notes with the solution:
  1. I don't know any Klingon. A coworker of mine at Dragon systems (Mark Mandel) is a linguist who has extensive knowledge of Klingon. He translated and dictated the phrases for me. Thanks, Mark.
  2. This puzzle was a last minute replacement for another puzzle, which basically consisted of people saying these same English phrases into Dragon System's NaturallySpeaking speech recognition systems in various languages. The solver would be given the output of the speech recognizers. Unfortunately, the system uses a lot of word occurrence/co-occurrence knowledge and the results in most cases were not phonetically similar enough. Test solving bore this out. Maybe next time...
