Next, notice that most of the names overlap (like "Wendy Richard
Benjamin Franklin"), giving you seventeen trios of celebrities.

The names in the middle of the trios have unique numbers, from 0.0 to
8.0, by halves.  Organize the trios in this order, with Richard
Benjamin's first and Scott Wolf's last.

The other numbers are all integers.  They are used to index into the
"leftover" part of the celebrities' names.  (So the "3.0 Wendy
Richard" gives an "N", and the "1.0 Benjamin Franklin" gives an "F".)

In order, the first celebrities' letters spell "NewsRadio's Matthew",
cluing Andy Dick.  The third celebrities' letters spell "'Fast Car'
Songwriter", cluing Tracy Chapman.  So, the final answer is the name
that goes inbetween those two: DICK TRACY.
