GOT IT COVERED

by Dan Katz

Solution: CHEAP SEATS

Each of the collages is created out of squares from the cover of two albums, wherein the newer album contains a cover of a song from the older album. The "playlist" mp3 has a snippet from each of the cover songs, giving an order for the songs. The collages have various numbers of pieces in them, and that number of pieces is an index into the song title. Reading the index letters in playlist order yields the answer CHEAP SEATS.
