Each image clues a word, name, or phrase that has concealed within it one of the classic ten three-letter body parts. Due to pesky no-good cannibals, the alphabetization of the images and the enumeration in the upper left of each image reflect those body parts having been eaten, and the number along the bottom of each image indexes into the post-cannibalization string:

Group the answers by body part, and within each group the number on the bottom edge will be in a different horizontal position. This orders the letters within each group. Then, sort the body parts from top to bottom as they appear on a human*, and read the resulting words:
eye: WITH
ear: CENSUS
gum: TAKER
lip: LIVERS
jaw: AND
arm: FAVA
rib: BEANS
hip: THESE
leg: PAIR
toe: NICELY
This clues the answer CHIANTIS.
*A few pairs of body parts aren't unambiguously higher or lower than each other, but it should be clear to solvers which order is the one that produces a sensible final message.
