Answer: OUTDATED STEREO TYPES
As a team solved puzzles, blanks appeared on this meta-puzzle's page. But the puzzle-answers didn't fit in those blanks. Teams needed the insight that they should fill in modern equivalents of those old-timey answers. Thus, SEARS became AMAZON, etc:

Pulling the letters associated with blue-numbers into the blue blanks, the green-number letters into green blanks, etc doesn't fill in all of those blanks. But solvers can perhaps fill in the blanks on a couple of these and get the insight that they're old-timey music-playing devices:
Once those are filled in the black-number letters spell out: READ UNDER COLOR NUMBERS.
Reading the letters under the blue-, green-, etc-numbers gives the solution OUTDATED STEREO TYPES.
