Gwenaële Calvès is Professor of Public Law at the University
of Cergy-Pontoise and teaches at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques (Sciences-Po)
in Paris. She has worked on numerous aspects of law in the United States,
such as the problems linked with affirmative action, trying to determine
the manner in which these and similar proposals would work in France.
