Rambax is going to Senegal in January 2012! The purpose of this trip is for the students to participate in intensive drum and dance workshops and to better understand the context of Senegalese drumming through cultural immersion.

The two-week study tour will culminate in two public performances, with Rambax students performing alongside members of the Mbaye Family Drum Troupe, an internationally-renowned sabar drum troupe based in Dakar, Senegal.
