Register for REC IAP workshop

There will be two 2-day workshop sessions:

  1. January 17th (10am-6pm) and 19th (12:30pm-4pm)

  2. January 24th (10am-6pm) and 26th (12:30pm-4pm)

Each session can accomodate 20 people; if too many people pre-register we will have a lottery. We will let you know if you have been admitted by January 11th.

In the space below, please answer the following questions:

  1. Do you have a preference for which session you want to attend, and if so which?

  2. Have you written programs in C before? (Required for this workshop).

  3. Do you have access to a computer running Unix, physically located in the room where you live? (Not required, but preferred). If not, what sort of computer do you have access to, and where is it located?

  4. List any ideas you have for what you'd like to do with the interface board you'll build. This questions is optional.

  5. Do you have any experience with electronics? This question is for information only; we don't require or assume prior experience with electronics.

  6. What year are you? (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student)
