How to get a directory —

. . . if I'm a student

Copies of the student directory are distributed to student residences on campus and to fraternities, sororities, and living group houses. Students living off campus can obtain a copy from the Information Center in Room 7-121 by showing MIT identification.

. . . if I'm on the faculty or staff

Copies of the faculty and staff directory are available through Distributed Mail Centers on campus. If your mail room is out of directories, please contact the Reference Publications Office.

. . . if I'm a retiree

Directories can be obtained by contacting Dorothy Bowe, Association of MIT Retirees, in Room 50-005, or at 617-253-7910.

. . . from off campus

Requests from off-campus organizations should be submitted in writing to the Reference Publications Office, Room E28-100, 77 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA 02139-4307. All requests must indicate how the intended use of the directory supports Institute business.

Requests from Harvard University are fulfilled through Harvard's Office of Information Technology, 10 Ware Street, Cambridge, MA 02138. Faculty and staff should call 617-495-1959 to reach the Harvard University Directory Voice Mailbox.
