7/21/09 |
HR sends email to all Telephone Directory Contacts currently assigned in the Roles database with an overview of responsibilities for this year’s updates and an opportunity to change Contacts if necessary |
7/28/09 |
HR sends first (of two) emails to all staff currently listed in the directory asking them to update their personal information in ESS (communication will include names of Telephone Directory Contacts). HR also sends paper notices to employees without email addresses on file. |
7/28/09–8/27/09 |
HR audits telephone directory data for missing or obviously inaccurate information; Telephone Directory Contacts may be asked to help make updates |
8/28/09 |
Deadline for departments to submit paperwork for new hires, terminations, and transfers to the HR-Payroll Service Center for guaranteed inclusion in the 2009-2010 print directory |
9/1/09 |
HR sends second (final) email to all staff reminding them to update their personal information in ESS by 9/11/09 |
9/4/09 |
Deadline for departments to submit Position Title and Org Unit changes for directory listings to Judy Raymond in HRIS |
9/11/09 |
Deadline for making changes to personal information in ESS/SAPweb for inclusion in the 2009-2010 print directory |
