Updating People Directory Information

If you are a student, go to WebSIS
or complete the change form available in the Student Services
Center, Room 11-120. To include your URL in the online directory, add it to the
MIT Directory Supplement site.
Faculty and staff can update personal directory information online
using SAPweb Self Service.
To update your name, please complete the name
change notification form available on the Human Resources website.
To update your position title, please contact your department administrator.
Withholding directory information: students should complete
the "Request to Withhold Information" form available
at WebSIS
or the Student Services Center, Room 11-120, to withhold personal
information from MIT directories. Faculty and staff members can
withhold their home contact information using SAPweb
Self Service.
Updating Office Directory Information

The Reference Publications Office works with telephone coordinators throughout
the Institute to update directory information for MIT offices and programs.
Contact RPO if you have a change to report and need to know the name of your telephone coordinator.
Print directories are published once a year, in the fall. The online
directory is updated throughout the year as changes occur.
