How do I reserve a classroom in the list?

QuickRoom is not a reservation system. If you see a classroom on the list that you’d like to use, just go to it. As noted above, unreserved classrooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve a classroom for a future meeting or event, contact the Schedules Office.

The app says that it provides information only for classrooms with a seating capacity of 50 or less. Why?

Small and mid-sized classrooms are well suited to situations in which people need a work, study, or meeting space “on the fly” for a short period of time, and these rooms are distributed throughout the campus.

I found a classroom that was unoccupied, but it’s not on the list. Why?

The information displayed in the app is based on reservations in the scheduling system. Sometimes people reserve classrooms and then change their plans without canceling their reservation(s).

Are there restrictions on how I can use these classrooms?

Food and beverages are not permitted in classrooms. Please leave the room in its original setup for the next group, erase the chalkboards, remove your trash, and leave the classroom unlocked on your way out.

Do these classrooms have whiteboards?

No, but all of them have chalkboards. If you use the chalkboards, please erase your work before leaving the room.
