Classrooms are reserved by term, and the forms on this page may be used by any ASA-recognized student group. The following restrictions apply:

Some events must officially be registered through the MIT Information Center. To assist in planning, information on event registration is available on this site.
The Schedules Office confirms all reservations in writing via email. Please allow two business days for processing requests. In accepting a reservation, all requestors agree to abide by the rules governing the use of classrooms for events.
Please see the "Cancellations & Changes" page for information on how to make such changes to any reservation for which you serve as the contact.
Looking for a room in a specific building? Of a certain capacity or size? With specific types of equipment? Search the classroom inventory to find a space that meets your needs, or browse through the classroom descriptions.
