Classroom Reservation Forms:
ASA-recognized Student Groups

Classrooms are reserved by term, and the forms on this page may be used by any ASA-recognized student group. The following restrictions apply:

Making a reservation

To make a reservation, select a form from the list below; the dates shown are the effective dates of each reservation period:

Some events must officially be registered through the MIT Information Center. To assist in planning, information on event registration is available on this site.

The Schedules Office confirms all reservations in writing via email. In accepting a reservation, all requestors agree to abide by the rules governing the use of classrooms for ad hoc events.

Changing or canceling a reservation

If you need to cancel or change your reservation after it has been confirmed, please complete and submit a change/cancellation form. (Note: To use the form, you must have the five-character confirmation number that was included in your confirmation email. If you do not have the number, or if you are not the listed contact for the event, please write to the Schedules Office.)

Finding a room

Looking for a room in a specific building? of a certain capacity or size? with specific types of equipment? Search the classroom inventory to find a space that meets your needs, or browse through the classroom descriptions.

Copyright Notice

All groups must refrain from holding public showings of movies (free or otherwise) and other copyrighted material without the proper permission from the copyright holder. See MIT's copyright policy for more information.
