Add Drop Help
Beginning Spring 2014, all registered students will have access to the application.
Instructors (for Grade Sheet Faculty)
Instructors are authorized in the Assign Instructor application which is typically maintained by Department Academic Administrators. Administrators should note that this is the same authorization that is used to grant class list access. Thus, if access is granted at the start of the term for a class list, submitters are automatically authorized for the add/drop system.
Academic Advisors/Registraion Officers
Academic Advisor / Registration Officers are authorized in the Advisor Assign application which is typically maintained by Department Academic Administrators. Any questions about the list of advisees for an advisor can be directed to the Department Administrator.
Administrator and proxy access will be managed by the Registrar's Office via the Roles Database. Requests for access can be made by writing to email@example.com .
