Access to Prerequisite Reports

Prior to the start of each term, departmental academic administrators are able to order prerequisite reports for subjects scheduled to be offered. Once the Registrar's Office creates a report, the primary instructor can access it through WebSIS. Departmental academic administrators notify instructors when reports become available.

To access a prerequisite report for the upcoming term:

  1. Go to WebSIS

  2. Click on "For Instructors and Departmental Administrators"

  3. Click on "Class Lists and Reports"

  4. Click on "Prerequisite Reports"

  5. Select the appropriate term and desired subject for the report

  6. Click on either "Pre-Req Report" or "Pre-Req Download"
