Authorization
Students
Any students who are enrolled in an undergraduate major and/or graduate program in a pilot department will have access to the application.
Academic Advisors / Registration Officers
Academic Advisor / Registration Officer access is managed by Department Administrators. Any questions about the list of advisees for an advisor can be directed to the Department Administrator.
Administrators
Administrator and proxy access will be managed by the Registrar's Office via the Roles Database. Requests for access can be made by writing to records@mit.edu .
