How to Access Students' Records The
individual designated in the MIT Student Information System
(MITSIS) database by the departmental academic administrator
is considered the advisor for a student and can access
records for that student. Departmental
administrators can update MITSIS using the SRAADVIS form to
set up the appropriate faculty member as the advisor for a
student. Departmental
administrators can access individual student records for
students in their department. To obtain student record
access, administrators should contact Nate Hagee (nbh@mit.edu,
x3-3927) or Dave McNeil(dmcneil@mit.edu,
x8-6444) in the Registrar's Office. Last updated: November 2006 |
