How to Access Class Lists The
individual designated in the MIT Student Information System
(MITSIS) database by the departmental academic administrator
is considered the primary faculty instructor for a subject
and can access class lists for that subject. At this time
there can be only one instructor designated for a subject,
but the plan is to allow for multiple names in the
future. Departmental
administrators can update MITSIS using the SFAREINS form to
set up the appropriate faculty member for a subject. Departmental
administrators can access class lists for subjects in their
department and other classes for which they have a need to
know. To obtain class list access, administrators should
contact Nate Hagee (nbh@mit.edu, x3-3927) or
Dave McNeil (dmcneil@mit.edu,
x8-6444) in the Registrar's Office. Prerequisite
reports are available upon request. For more information, contact Jen Connolly (jconnoll@mit.edu, 8-6435) in the Registrar's Office. Last updated: August 2007 |
