Classroom Reservation Timeline


Ad Hoc Reservation Request Schedule

The Schedules Office makes reservations for each classroom included in the Registrar's Office Classroom Inventory.
Reservations are made on a term-by-term basis during the academic year.

*Advance confirmations for daytime events (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) are subject to change should an academic class require usage of the assigned classroom(s). In the event that this occurs, we will make every attempt to provide an alternate location.

If you would like to make a room reservation, please use the appropriate Classroom Reservation Request Form.

 

Detailed Information (by semester)

Please refer to the Academic Calendar for the specific date range of each term.

Fall semester
  • semester course offerings are developed during March and April
  • pre-registration opens the first Monday in May
  • All ad hoc events are confirmed starting in mid-May
IAP (Independent Activites Period)
  • semester course offerings are developed during October
  • all events are confirmed starting in early-November
Spring Semester
  • semester course offerings are developed during October and November
  • pre-registration opens the first Monday in December
  • all ad hoc events are confirmed starting in mid-December
Summer Semester
  • semester course offerings are developed in December
  • all ad hoc events are confirmed starting in mid-Janaury
