Adrian

Adrian hails from all over the place, but mostly New York, and is a
member of MIT's class of 2011.  He prides himself on knowing all things
internet related, and if you meet him feel free to ask him about memes.
When he's not finding new ways to render his behemoth computer
inoperable Adrian enjoys playing video games, cruising the interwebs,
and finding things to laugh at and people to laugh with.

Alan

Hello there! My name is Alan Ho and I'm from San Jose, California. I'm planning to get a degree in Computer Science here at MIT. In my free time, I like to read non-fiction books about computer technology, surf the web, hang out with friends, and go shopping (usually for books or computer parts..). People back home tell me that I'm caring and smart, though I have a quiet, introverted personality, so they're probably just being nice!"

Billy

Hi, I'm Billy. I am from New York City, or as some people like to call it, "The City". I enjoy experimentation and wandering around (often in things which I have no idea about). I plan to do 20, although I also have an interest in neuroscience as well. One day I hope to wander the world in search of something more.

Celena

Celena Chan is currently a freshman at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where she plans to major in Course 15 (Management) and do pre law. In addition to being a student at MIT, Celena is also a coxswain for
the varsity women's open-weight crew team. Originally from sunny California,
and Celena misses being able to wear flip flops every day. In her spare
time, Celena likes to cook ethnic foods and go shopping.

Dylan

Dylan is from Portland, Maine, and is a member of the Class of 2012 at the California Institute of... I mean, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He intends to major in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, but might end up as a professional comedian (sarcasm). He is a terrible writer, and enjoys playing jazz saxophone and eating.

Emily

Emily Molina, originally from Texas, is currently a freshman at MIT hoping to major in either chemistry or brain and cognitive sciences. She plans to go to medical school after her senior year.

Eric

Hi, I'm Eric. I am from California, specifically the San Francisco Bay Area. I like to immerse myself in philosophy and I try to keep myself updated with current events in the midst of ever growing amounts of college work. I intend to double major in chemical engineering (Course 10) and management science (Course 15). If possible, I'd also like to study economics, perhaps enough to obtain a minor.

Jane

Hi, my name is Jane ?

Joyful
Amused
New Yorker
Enthusiastic

Jennifer

Jen is a Zimbo and proud of it, but is attempting to assimilate in the local American culture while studying in the States. She is still working on learning the native language and imitating indigenous ways of life. Watch out though, she's on a mission to make sure everyone knows about her own country (Zimbabwe).

Kang

I was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan. Five years ago, I moved to Pasadena, California. A year later, I decided to attend a boarding school in a small town called Sheffield in western Massachusetts, or the middle of nowhere, literally. Finally, I land in Boston for the MIT education. In as little as eighteen years, I changed from speaking Mandarin Chinese to English in my daily life, living in metropolitan cities and middle of nowhere, and experiencing Taiwanese culture and the American way of life – I am constantly culture shocked.

Linley

Linley's a first year student at MIT, looking to figure out what she want to major and minor in during her four years at MIT.  She likes music, sleeping, and p-sets, but only when they're easy.

Nelson

Nelson is from Westerly, Rhode Island. For those who don't know, it's a really small state that borders Connecticut and Massachusetts (some people think it is part of Massachusetts...they're wrong). He likes to sleep, eat , and relax.

Rena

Rena is a freshman who enjoys ice skating, soccer, and running around in general.  She codes websites by hand and eats nuts and bolts for breakfast. She hopes to continue practicing and improving her writing throughout her time at MIT.

Shin

Shin is from Singapore. She is learning how to program in Java, would like to go sky-diving in Africa, plays the guzheng, a Chinese zither, in her spare time and enjoys having friendly competitions in Set with her friends.
