The MIT College Republican Club

Welcome to the MIT Republican Club! Our club provides a voice for conservatives and libertarians
on campus and advocates the Republican Party mission at the grassroots level. Through issue-oriented
discouse, we strive to correct misperceptions, counterbalance left-wing biases prevelant in academia,
and explain our principles to the community.

The MIT Republican Club was founded in 1995 during the peak of the Republican Revolution. Our
club holds monthly meetings and hosts a variety of irregular events such as debates, fundraisers,
canvassing efforts, talks by accomplished speakers, and social gatherings. Our members come from
all segments of the MIT community, including graduate students, undergrads, faculty, alumni, students
from every department, and people of all personal backgrounds.

Join our effort to promote Republican principles in the heartland of American liberalism!
