For Fraternity Members:
In addition to becoming involved in your fraternity, there are a number of ways you can get involved in the larger fraternity community; take part in one of the event programming committees, become active as a member of the Delegates Council, or take on a leadership role on the IFC Executive Committee. Your participation is an integral part of the success of the fraternity community as a whole.
Leadership opportunities within the fraternity community include, but are not limited to: Delegates Council, Greek Week Planning Committee, Greek Leadership Convention, IFC Executive Committee, Risk Management Consultant, Judicial Committee, and the Recruitment Committee.

For Sorority Members:
Current sisters of any Panhellenic sorority are welcome to get more involved in the Panhellenic Association (Panhel). The Association is committed to enhancing life for women at MIT, as outlined in our mission statement:
Panhellenic strives to be: A Unified Community that Fosters Personal Development and Empowers All Women. Visit the Panhellenic Association website to explore more options of attending meetings that are open to all members of sororities, becoming a member of our Greek Week and Women's Week Committees, serving on an ad-hoc committee for a project that you would like to work on, or attending any of our vision, planning, or leadership retreats!

Order of Omega
