Welcome to Community Life and Learning!
Residential Life Programs (RLP) and the FSILG (Fraternities, Sororities and Independent Living Group Office) form together the Office of Community Life and Learning, within the Department of Residential Life, under the Division of Student Life.
Our Office core principles are Leadership, Scholarship and Citizenship. Graduate Community Life and Learning, Undergraduate Community Life and Learning, and FSILGs each espouse a unique 4th value to meet the needs of that population. The shared principles in this model are the hub of the Community Life and Learning experience and education.

We have a full complement of staff essential to living and learning in the residence halls. Housemasters are faculty who live in the residence halls to offer individual guidance, develop community and work with student government. Graduate Resident Tutors are tutors in the broad sense of caring for the individual welfare of each student in the hall. House Managers are the backbone of the residential facility. The RLP office staff works with all the live-in staff in coordinating activities and program support, including addressing current and emergency issues.
