Dormitories

Deadline: June 01, 2009 (Students) / June 05, 2009

Priority is given to students until June 01, 2009. Any rooms left after this date can be reserved by other STAR collaborators. Reservations must be completed by June 05, 2009 using the registration link. Full payment is required in advance as part of the registration!

Warehouse dormitory - AC dormitory: $96 / night

Mac Gregor - Non-AC dormitory: $57 / night

Hotels

This hotel is within walking distance to MIT and Harvard and overlooks the Charles River. We consider it a great value at a rate of $149.00 per night. It is available for attendees from 07/07/2009 to 07/11/2009. A shuttle to campus will be arranged for each conference date.

A $139.00 per night rate is available from 07/07/09 to 07/11/09. A shuttle to campus will be arranged for each conference date. The Sullivan Square Orange Line T stop is within walking distance. Free wireless, free parking and shuttle service around Boston is available.

Arrival and Parking

Parking is available at each hotel. Fees can be as high as $25/per day. Check with your hotel for their daily rate. It is strongly recommened that you not rent a car.

Dorm guests must find public parking on the first day of arrival by themselves.
