I like building things. Here are some of the things I've built!

SNGH is Not Guitar Hero is an FPGA-based guitar teaching game that I made for 6.111. It uses sophisticated audio processing to detect chords played on an unmodified guitar.

When I was in High School, I built a small, light model rocket altimeter. It uses a PIC microcontroller and an accelerometer to determine the altitude of a model rocket.

I was curious how locks work and are manufactured, and wanted to learn how to machine, so a friend and I machined this cutaway.

During Summer 2007, I worked at the MIT Kavli Institute designing and building a testbench for characterizing infrared anti-reflection coatings for FIRE, an infrared spectrometer.
