Romanian Link Sausages (mici)

Ingredients

Preparation

Smash the garlic, then add the beef broth and all the spices. Mix thoroughly the composition with the meat. Leave in the fridge overnight. Make the sasusages just before cooking.

The above quantities yield approx 20 pcs. (1" dia, 3"-4" long)

Misc

In Romanian, mici literarily means "small". Lots of funny advertisements in Romanian restaurants, e.g., "we serve big mici"!
