Not exclusively a low-carb vendor, but they carry a wide variety of products at VERY reasonable prices.
Maker of my favorite low-carb chocolates.
Author of two cookbooks. Her site is great for inspiration, motivation, and free recipes(!). It's also got a great FAQ that deals with a lot of the misconceptions surrouding Atkins and Low-carb living in general. Ever been asked: "didn't Dr. Atkins die of a heart attack, and wasn't he incredibly obese?" and "don't you eat nothing but meat and cheese?", "isn't Atkins bad for your kidneys?" You'll find answers, as well as supporting materials here. I particularly admire her focus on doing LCL right.
Fantastic online magazine
Part of Yahoo! Groups. You'll have to join Yahoo! to read it, but it's free.
This is actually a vegan site, so not all the recipes are suitable for low-carbers. However, they have a great variety of vegetable recipes that can make low-carbing a lot more fun. The recipes are submitted by the public, but are subject to user ratings and comments, so you can tell which are good.
