Event Description:

The MN Adamov Memorial Fund for the Blind, a nonprofit organization registered in Massachusetts since 2005, is the only organization in the US dedicated to helping talented blind people in Russia, inspired by the life of the noted theoretical physicist, Professor M.N. Adamov, St. Petersburg, Russia, who lost his sight at the age of two. April 18 would be his 90th birthday.

Your donation will support the education and independence of blind students in Essentuki, Moscow, Novosibirsk, Pskov, St. Petersburg – by providing white canes, digital voice recorders, laptop computers, and educational materials.

The Host Committee invites you to celebrate this occasion with music and a birthday cake.
