I had a nice 2 weeks at home before heading back to school. My parent's new house is coming along. We picked out flooring, and wall colors. My room will be yellow. I'm not usually a yellow person, but I think it's warm and cozy and perfect for a bedroom.

I also had my birthday, so I added the usual picture under Girl - Pictures. My mom made me a carrot cake--- it was delicious. The electricity was out during my birthday because of the hurricane, but otherwise we were unharmed.


I got to do a bit of painting, meet up with my Japanese tutor of a couple summers ago, and just bum around.
